Additional Smartpro sessions may be required as a follow-up to the Assessment Day, in order to action findings from the report and help drive your coaching business forward.

Smartpro Consulting offers a range of training half days, or full day sessions - designed to help the golf professional in specific areas (e.g facility enhancement, goal setting, improved coaching skills, effective record keeping and database, the design of lesson programmes and drills, communication skills and pupil profiling).

These are just examples, as any training module will be tailored to your specific requirements as an individual, or as a group.

Mentoring Pack

The Mentoring Pack is a two hour telephone session that can be taken all in one go or split over two or three sessions. This is for the Professional that requires support and advice as a follow up to a training day or as a one-off consultation. If you feel that you would benefit from a 2 hour Mentoring Pack that includes email and telephone support then this option is for you.
