STAGE 1 - Preliminary Fact Finder

A set of diagnostics questions is sent out (by email) to you, the professional, in advance of the Assessment Day. These questions are structured to obtain an outline of your current teaching business. Smartpro will then arrange to visit you at your golf course in the UK or Europe. An in-depth assessment of your teaching business will then be provided.

STAGE 2 - Teaching Facility Visit

A health check for your teaching business - Smartpro Consulting will visit your golf club to explore the following:

Facility Evaluation
- Use of Location/Facility/Demographics
Income Potential Rewiew
- Income goals/Lifestyle Goals/Pricing structure
Organisation Evaluation
- Record keeping and Admin systems
Marketing Strategies
Introduction to Admin Solutions and Techniques

STAGE 3 - Smartpro Report

On completion of the Assessment Day, Smartpro will provide a 'written findings' report that will outline recommendations and supply a Pro's Action Plan.

Stage 3 of the process is all about "how" - a series of action plans that enable the professional to unlock their potential in a way that's achievable and realistic to their business and lifestyle habits.

This third stage also focuses on additional support tools that are available, to help structure your business to run more smoothly.
